After doing some research, I realized why Sevenoaks is so desirable

People with high incomes place great value on their time and prefer to live near their workplaces.

 

08. possess ~characteristics: ~특징을 갖고 있다

 

Sevenoaks appears to possess all four of these characteristics: strong access to London, excellent transportation, outstanding schools, and a beautiful natural environment. 

 

 

09. explore the possibility of: ~한 가능성을 모색하다
